Misc tools

These tools are in some way related to romhacking, even though they won't fall under the hex- or graphics category.

Nesticle - Old and outdated, but still packs some neat features. This zip contains the DOS-exe as well as the Win95 one. Works on XP.

Ultimate Hacking Rom, UHR - Development version 4, and discontinued. Still a decent script dumper/inserter. If you're having trouble getting it up and running, you might want to try installing Windows MSI.
